Exhibitions
The Museum has an exhibition program aiming to complete and add nuisances to the permanent exhibition, giving different views to the works presented. With this exhibitions we show works from the Museum's storage area as well as works from other museums or collections, strengthening our ties with other similar cultural institutions. In order to create this exhibitions the Museum has three different temporal exhibition areas: one in the first floor around the corner of the room known as "The apostolate", and two in the ground floor, the library or invited work room (facing the Saint Bernard), and the multipurpose room next to the Museum exit.

Exposición temporal
Mariana de Austria. Redefiniendo el espacio del poder
Con motivo del Día Internacional de la Mujer, el Museo del Greco expone en su estrado sendos retratos de la reina Mariana de Austria, figura histórica en que profundizaremos desde su dimensión representativa del poder, la de una mujer que tuvo que hacerse con las riendas de un imperio a la deriva al tiempo que se enfrentaba a multitud de enemigos externos e internos.

Perséfone, reina, en nuestros libros
El Museo del Greco celebra el Día del Libro (23 de abril) exponiendo cuatro ejemplares de su Biblioteca Histórica que nos acercan a la diosa Perséfone, Proserpina para los romanos, figura muy relevante en el mundo grecolatino.
